Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until light and fluffy.
2.Add the sugar and cardamom, and mix well.
3.Slowly mix in the flour and buttermilk, alternating between the two until smooth.

5.Heat a pan on medium-high heat.
6.Grease the pan with a small amount of oil.
7.Pour batter into the wells of the pan until almost full.
8.Cook for 1-2 minutes or until the bottoms are golden brown.
9.Use a skewer or fork to flip the Aebelskiver over and cook for another 1-2 minutes or until the other side is golden brown.
