Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2.Spread one can of crescent rolls flat in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
3.Pinch perforations together to make a solid sheet.
4.Beat together cream cheese, vanilla, sugar, and egg yolk until smooth and creamy.
5.Spread cream cheese mixture over dough in dish.
6.On a floured surface, roll second can of crescent rolls to 9x13 inch, pinching perforations together to make a solid sheet.
7.Lift sheet and place over filling.
8.Beat egg white until foamy, and brush over top.
9.Bake for 35 to 45 minutes in the preheated oven or until top is golden.
10.Cool and cut into squares to serve.
