2 cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 egg yolk
2 packages cream cheese , softened
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 cup lemon jam
1 cup chopped walnuts or 1 cup pecans
1 egg white
powdered sugar

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla until smooth.
3.Unroll crescent roll dough on a lightly floured surface. Separate into triangles.
4.Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture onto the center of each triangle. Add a dollop of lemon jam on top of the cream cheese mixture and spread out.
5.Sprinkle chopped nuts over the top of each triangle.
6.Roll up each crescent and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7.Beat egg white and egg yolk together in a bowl. Brush over each rolled crescent.
8.Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
9.Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy!
