7 crackers , round milk lunch
20 ounces apples , unsweetened presliced
4 tablespoons sugar
1 cup sugar substitute , minus 4 Tablespoons to equal 1 cup total sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons raisins
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup skim milk

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2.Crush the crackers and spread in the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
3.In a bowl, mix together the presliced apples, 4 tablespoons of sugar, sugar substitute, cinnamon, and raisins. Spread the mixture over the crackers in the pie dish.
4.In a separate bowl, whisk together the low fat cottage cheese, egg, and skim milk. Pour this mixture over the apple mixture in the pie dish.
5.Bake for 50-55 minutes, until the top is golden brown and set. Serve warm or cold.
