1 cup quick-cooking oats
2 cups fine whole wheat flour
1 cup fresh ground flax seeds
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/4 cups sultana raisins

Instructions

1.Heat oven to 350°F
2.In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon
3.Add rolled oats, quick-cooking oats, whole wheat flour, ground flax seeds, baking soda, and raisins. Mix well
4.Drop tablespoon-sized dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper, flatten each with the back of a spoon
5.Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack
