These Quick Butter Croissants are a great option for those who want the taste of a croissant without the time-consuming process of making them from scratch. The dough is made with yeast, evaporated milk, and butter, then chilled overnight to create a tender and flavorful texture. The next day, the dough is rolled out, sliced into wedges, and filled with small pieces of chilled butter before being rolled up into crescents and baked until golden brown. While these croissants may not have the same level of flakiness and butteriness as traditional croissants, they are still a delicious and satisfying treat that can be enjoyed any time of day.
