Ingredients

2 hard-boiled eggs , chopped
1/4 cup stock ( or 1/4 cup water with 1 bouillon cube dissolved in it )
1/4 cup buttered browned breadcrumbs

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.In a medium bowl, mix together flour, salt, and baking powder.
3.In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
4.Melt butter in a skillet and add flour mixture gradually, whisking constantly until a smooth batter forms.
5.Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 20 minutes.
6.Meanwhile, cook the ground chuck in a skillet until browned.
7.Add minced onion, salt, pepper, Accent seasoning, and chopped hard-boiled eggs. Stir to combine.
8.Add stock and simmer for 10 minutes.
9.Spoon meat mixture onto the baked pancake loaf.
10.Top with buttered browned breadcrumbs.
11.Return to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes until heated through and breadcrumbs are golden brown.
