1 1/2 onions , chopped
4 garlic cloves
2 ounces butter
1/3 bunch cilantro
4 fresh basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon dried fennel
1/2 teaspoon savory
1 1/2 cups reserved chicken broth
1 splash white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons pomegranate juice
salt

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.

4.Stir in white wine vinegar, pomegranate juice, and salt.
5.Season chicken with salt, then place in a baking dish.

7.Bake in the oven for 45-60 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
