Ingredients

1 large head of cabbage
2 lbs ground beef
1 lb sausage
1/2 medium onion ( diced )
1/4 - 1/2 cup Minute Rice ( uncooked )
3 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
3 -4 tablespoons warm water
1/2 cup white vinegar
Galuskys are a traditional Ukrainian dish that translates to 'little pigeons'. They are similar to cabbage rolls found in other cultures but often contain a mix of ground beef and pork sausage for added flavor. The combination of meat, rice, and cabbage creates a satisfying and hearty meal that is perfect for colder months. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.Boil cabbage for 5-10 minutes or until softened.

5.Remove cabbage leaves from the head and spread on a flat surface.
