1 loaf of basic white bread dough
beet leaf , blanched stems removed
1 pint heavy cream
4 tablespoons fresh dill , chopped
salt & pepper

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Roll out the bread dough to a rectangular shape and place the beet leaves on top.
3.Roll the dough tightly around the beet leaves and place on a baking sheet.
4.Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.
5.In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and dill over medium heat.
6.Season with salt and pepper.
7.Serve the warm bread with the creamy dill sauce on top.
