1 teaspoon salt
fresh ground black pepper
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1.Combine flour, salt, egg, and water to make a dough.
2.Knead the dough for ten minutes.
3.Cover and let rest for thirty minutes.
4.Combine ground pork, beef, onion, salt, pepper, and parsley; mix well.
5.Roll out dough and cut circles.
6.Place filling in circles, fold over, and seal edges.
7.Boil water, add salt, and cook Pelmeni for 10 minutes.
8.Serve hot with sour cream or melted butter.
