1 tablespoon tomato paste
5 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 1/2 cups sour cream or 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt

1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon dried parsley
1 garlic clove , minced
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup onion , chopped

Instructions

10.Add chicken back to the pan and let it simmer on low heat for another 7-8 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Serve hot.
