Ingredients

4 egg yolks
4 egg whites , beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar ( more or less , depending on what you like )
4 1/4 cups milk
2 cups flour
0.5 can cherry pie filling ( optional )
2 apples , sliced ( optional )
Oladiki, also known as Russian pancakes or blini, are a traditional breakfast dish in Russia. These pancakes are light, fluffy and perfect for satisfying a sweet tooth. Instructions

1.In a large bowl, whisk together egg yolks, beaten egg whites, salt and sugar
2.Slowly add milk, whisking constantly until well combined
3.Gradually add flour, whisking until batter is smooth
4.Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat
5.Pour 1/4 cup of batter into skillet and cook until bubbles form on surface, then flip and cook until lightly browned on both sides
6.Repeat with remaining batter
7.Serve pancakes with cherry pie filling and sliced apples on top
