Ingredients

6 cups water
6 teaspoons loose black tea
6 cardamom pods
1 1/2 teaspoons fennel seeds
3 cups milk
sugar or honey

Instructions

1.In a pot, add water, black tea, cardamom pods, and fennel seeds.
2.Bring to a boil and let it simmer for around 10 minutes.
3.Add milk and sugar or honey to taste.
4.Heat for another 5 minutes until the sugar dissolves and the milk is hot. Strain and serve hot.
