Ingredients

3 tablespoons sour cream
16 ounces black caviar or 16 ounces lox

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, stir together the lukewarm water, yeast, and sugar until the yeast is dissolved.

5.Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Using a ⅓ cup measure, pour batter onto the pan. Cook the blini for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
6.Serve hot with melted butter, sour cream, and black caviar or lox.
