Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 large onion , diced
3 tablespoons garlic , diced

1/4 cup fresh dill , chopped small ( not optional , dried just is n't as good ! )
8 ounces mushrooms , sliced ( the pre-sliced packages from the store are fine )
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 can beef gravy
1/2 lb egg noodles
8 ounces light sour cream

Instructions

1.Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2.In a skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and onions. Cook until beef is no longer pink and onions are translucent.
3.Add sliced mushrooms, butter, nutmeg, and beef gravy. Stir occasionally and continue to cook for 5-7 minutes.
4.Reduce the heat to low and add chopped dill and sour cream. Stir until combined and heated through.
5.Serve ground beef stroganoff over egg noodles.
