4 fluid ounces evaporated milk
2 cups water
4 fluid ounces tomato juice
2 fluid ounces lemon juice
1 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded coconut
4 fluid ounces oil

Instructions

1.Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat

4.Add the water; reduce heat to low and cover with a lid
5.Simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally
