15 fresh 10-inch flour tortillas

Instructions

1.Rinse and soak pinto beans overnight in water. Drain the soaking water and rinse the beans. Set aside.

3.Add the adobo seasoning or seasoning salt, black pepper, and ground cumin to the pot and cook for another 30 seconds.
4.Add the ground beef to the pot and cook until browned, stirring occasionally. Drain the excess fat from the pot.
5.Add the soaked pinto beans and enough water to cover the beans by at least 1 inch, bring to a boil and then simmer until beans are tender (about 1 1/2 to 2 hours).
6.Stir in the tomato paste and chopped green chilies, cook for another 10 minutes.
7.Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
8.Assemble the burritos by spooning 1/2 cup of the beef and bean mixture onto each tortilla. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
9.Roll up each burrito tightly and then place them onto a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden-brown.
