1 package azumaya large square egg roll wraps
vegetable oil , for deep-frying

catsup or sweet and sour sauce

Instructions

1.In a large skillet, cook beef and ginger over medium heat until beef is no longer pink; drain.
2.Add cabbage and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the bean sprouts, carrot, and onions. Cook an additional 2 minutes.
3.Add oyster sauce and mix well.
4.Place 1 tablespoon beef mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
5.Fold bottom corner over filling; fold sides over filling. (Do not roll tightly; allow for a little give so the filling can expand during frying.) Roll up tightly to the top corner.
6.In an electric skillet or deep-fat fryer, heat oil to 375°. Fry egg rolls, a few at a time, for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve egg rolls with mustard, ketchup, or sweet and sour sauce.
