Ingredients

1/3 cup flour
seasoning salt ( can use regular salt )
pepper
2 lbs stewing beef , cut into about 3/4-inch cubes
1/4 cup oil ( more as needed )
1 large bell pepper , chopped into large pieces
1 big onion , chopped
1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic ( or to taste )
1 can diced tomatoes with juice
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup dry red wine
2 -3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce ( or to taste )
1 bay leaf
2 teaspoons dried thyme
salt and pepper
2 zucchini , halved lenghwise and cut crosswise into about 1/2 - 3/4-inch slices
1 1/2 cups olives , pitted and halved ( can leave whole , make sure that they are pitted )
grated parmesan cheese ( optional but good to use )

Instructions
