2 lbs lean sirloin steaks , cut in 1-inch chunks
1 package wonton wrappers , round ( added this )
2 tablespoons olive oil , for brushing ( added this )
1 tablespoon white sesame seeds , lightly toasted ( added this )
1 tablespoon black sesame seed , lightly toasted ( added this )

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix the sesame oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, red chili oil, 2/3rd of the green onions, lemon juice, 2/3rd of the cilantro, sea salt, and black pepper.
2.Add the lean sirloin steak chunks in the bowl, coat well with spices, and marinate for 30 minutes.
3.Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut the round wonton wrappers into four equal pieces. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4.Brush the wonton pieces with olive oil, and place a marinated beef chunk on each piece.
5.Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the beef is cooked and the wonton pieces are golden brown.
6.Garnish with remaining green onions and cilantro, toasted white and black sesame seeds.
7.Serve hot and enjoy!
