Ingredients

1 lb about 4 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups warm milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
3 -4 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
25 g yeast ( about .8 ounces )

Instructions

1.Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl and let it rest for 5 minutes
2.Add flour, salt, and eggs and mix thoroughly
3.Cover the bowl with a towel and let it sit for 30-40 minutes until it rises
4.Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat with vegetable oil
5.Use a spoon to drop batter into the pan to form small pancakes
6.Cook until both sides are golden brown and fluffy
7.Serve hot with your favorite toppings
