Ingredients

1/2 lb lean ground beef

1/2 lb ground lean pork
2 eggs
1 cup fresh breadcrumb , pulverized in a blender or shredded with a fork
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/2 cup onion , finely chopped
3/4 cup cold water
4 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground veal, ground pork, 2 eggs, finely chopped onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
2.Slowly pour in the cold water, mixing continuously until all the ingredients are incorporated.
3.Gradually add in the fresh breadcrumb and mix until fully combined.
4.Shape the mixture into small patties.
5.Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
6.Add the patties to the skillet and cook them for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
7.Serve the patties hot with your choice of side dish or garnish.
