1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon marjoram leaves
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 lb stew meat , cut into 1 inch pieces
