Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef
4 large red bell peppers or 4 large yellow bell peppers , cut lengthwise in half and seeded
1 cup zucchini , chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/4 cups water
1 package olive oil and garlic-flavored couscous
2 tablespoons pitted kalamata olives or 2 tablespoons ripe olives , coarsely chopped
1/4 cup feta cheese , crumbled

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400°F.
