Ingredients

4 -5 tablespoons butter
2 large onions , chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh garlic
1 large green bell pepper , chopped
1 lb small button mushroom
2 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 tablespoons paprika
2 1/2 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce ( optional )
1 tablespoon tomato paste
3/4 cup sour cream
2 lbs beef sirloin tip roast , cut into about 1/4 - 1/2-inch slices ( slice in half if the slices are big )
white wine , to deglaze ( optional )
