1 large onion , slivered
1 small red bell pepper , diced
1 lb broccoli floret ( about 4 cups )

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of chicken broth, cornstarch, soy sauce, orange marmalade, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and chili-garlic sauce.

4.Add the onion and stir-fry for about 2 minutes or until softened.
5.Add the red bell pepper and broccoli florets and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
6.Return the beef to the wok and stir to combine.
7.Pour in the sauce mixture and stir-fry for about 1-2 minutes or until the sauce has thickened and coated the beef and vegetables.
