Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F/205°C and place onion slices in a skillet over medium heat with the cubed butter. Cook until onions are caramelized.

3.Add flour, brown sugar, salt, and beef broth to the skillet with the onions and stir to combine.
4.Add the beef to the skillet and continue cooking until the beef is no longer pink.
5.Divide each buttermilk biscuit into two halves and roll out each half into a flat circle.
6.Press each circle into a cup of a muffin tin, forming a small cup in the center of each biscuit.
