3/4 cup white sugar | |
3/4 cup ground dry mustard | |
1/2 cup distilled white vinegar | |
1/2 cup dry white wine | |
3 eggs , beaten |
1. | In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, mustard, vinegar, and wine. Mix well. |
2. | Gradually add beaten eggs, stirring constantly. |
3. | Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth (about 10-15 minutes). |
4. | Remove from heat and let cool. |
5. | Transfer to glass jars and store in the refrigerator. |
