2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 cup lukewarm water
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 1/4 - 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons unsalted butter , melted

Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine yeast, sugar, and lukewarm water. Let sit for 5 minutes.
2.Add salt and 3 cups of flour. Mix until dough forms.
3.Place dough on a floured surface and knead for 7-10 minutes, adding remaining flour as needed.
4.Cover dough and let rise for 1 hour.
5.Preheat oven to 500°F.
6.Divide dough into 12 parts and roll each into a thin circle.
7.Brush each circle with melted butter and sprinkle with salt.
8.Place circles on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned.
