1 kg rump steak , boneless cut into cubes
250 g bacon , chopped
2 onions , finely chopped
8 garlic cloves , crushed
750 ml red wine
250 g button mushrooms
250 g carrots , sliced
250 ml cream

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.

7.Once the beef is tender, remove the pot from the oven and stir in the cream. Serve hot over rice or with crusty bread.
