Ingredients

3/4 lb beef stew meat , cut into bite size
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 onion , grated
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 small beef bouillon
1 small tomatoes , diced very small
1/4 - 1/2 cup water
Hicham's Fabulous Beef recipe contains all the ingredients that add a range of flavors to the dish. This slow-cooked meat, seasoned simply with parsley, paprika, and ginger, has a lovely fragrance that fills the home.

Instructions

1.Heat the olive oil in a Dutch oven or large pot over medium-high heat.
2.Saute the onions and grated tomato for about 5 minutes.
3.Add beef and cook until browned, then add parsley, paprika, ginger, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
4.Add water, beef bouillon, and diced small tomato to the pot and bring to a boil.
5.Reduce heat to medium-low and add 1/4 – 1/2 a cup of water, then cover with a lid and let simmer for about 1 1/2 hours until the beef is tender.
6.Lastly, add paprika to the pot and remove from heat to let it rest for 10 minutes.
7.Serve the beef in a bowl with rice or flatbread.

PROS

This beef recipe is delicious and satisfying.
The cooking time enables the beef to absorb all of the spices’ flavors, while the beef’s tenderness is outstanding.

The prime disadvantage of this recipe is that it takes a long time (1 and a half hours) to cook.
