No Peek Beef Casserole is a classic comfort food that has been around for decades. It is popular in the Midwest and Southern parts of the United States. The casserole gets its name from the fact that it is baked covered with foil, and should not be peeked at while cooking. This dish is perfect for a casual family dinner or potluck, as it can easily feed a crowd. The beef becomes incredibly tender during the long cooking process, and the savory flavors of the soup and onion mix complement it perfectly. Serve hot with a side of mashed potatoes or rice and some steamed vegetables.
