1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup basil or 1/4 cup parsley , shredded
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove , minced
2 teaspoons fresh coarse ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 sirloin steak , about 1-inch thick

Instructions

1.Preheat the grill over high heat.

5.Add the shredded basil or parsley, and remove the saucepan from the heat.
6.In a small bowl, combine the Dijon mustard, minced garlic, fresh coarse ground black pepper, and salt.
7.Rub the seasoning mixture generously onto both sides of the steak.
8.Grill the steak for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is achieved.
9.Serve the steak with the Strawberry Balsamic Sauce on top.
