Ingredients

1 cup rice , uncooked
1 cup canned whole kernel corn , drained
2 cans tomato sauce
1/2 cup onion , finely chopped
1/2 cup green pepper , finely chopped
3/4 lb ground beef , uncooked
4 slices bacon
1 cup water , divided
salt and pepper , to taste

Instructions

10.Place bacon slices on top of the casserole.
11.Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
12.Remove foil and bake for another 30 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
