Our Beef Ramenoff recipe is a fun twist on the classic beef stroganoff dish. This recipe uses ramen noodles instead of egg noodles and adds an extra layer of flavor with the chives and garlic. While still maintaining the creamy sour cream sauce, this dish is more budget friendly compared to the traditional beef stroganoff. This savory dish is perfect for a cozy weeknight dinner with a side of greens or a vegetable. We hope you enjoy our take on this classic recipe!

Instructions

1.Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
2.While the noodles cook, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add beef strips to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.
3.Add garlic, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir to combine.
4.Reduce heat to low and stir in sour cream, chives, and half of the parmesan cheese, cooking until sauce is heated through.
5.To serve, place cooked noodles on a plate and top with beef stroganoff sauce. Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese over the top for added flavor.
