1 white onion , thickly sliced

3 tablespoons white vinegar ( distilled )
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon sea salt

1/3 cup olive oil
2 tomatoes , cut in eighths
1/2 cup thinly sliced bermuda onion
1 head shredded romaine lettuce
6 thinly sliced radishes
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
2 sliced avocados

Instructions

1.Add the flank steak or beef brisket to a large pot of boiling water.

3.Reduce the heat to low, cover and cook for 2½ to 3 hours or until fork-tender.
4.Remove the beef from the pot and let it cool, then shred with a fork.
5.In a large bowl, combine the beef, salt, pepper, olive oil, tomatoes, Bermuda onion, romaine lettuce, radishes, and cilantro.
6.Toss all the ingredients until well combined, then serve with sliced avocados.
