1 tablespoon butter , melted
1 tablespoon white sugar
5 teaspoons butter , melted
5 teaspoons all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cold milk
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 egg whites
1/4 cup white sugar , divided
Grand Marnier® Souffle is a classic French dessert that is light and fluffy. It's traditionally served as a dessert after a meal, and is a symbol of French cuisine. Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 6-ounce ramekin with 1 tablespoon melted butter and sprinkle evenly with 1 tablespoon of sugar.
2.In a small saucepan, melt 5 teaspoons butter over medium heat. Add flour and stir constantly for 3 minutes. Gradually pour in cold milk and whisk until thickened. Remove from heat and mix in egg yolks, orange zest, and vanilla extract.
3.In a large bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Add 2 tablespoons of the remaining sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Gradually fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites, being careful not to deflate the mixture.
4.Spoon the mixture into the prepared ramekin and level it off. Use the flat edge of a knife to scrape off any excess mixture from the top of the ramekin.
5.Place the ramekin on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 mins. Serve immediately.
