Instructions

1.Preheat your smoker to 275°F
2.Mix the spices- brown sugar, oregano, paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt, and ground black pepper in a small bowl

4.Place the ribs on the smoker grill, covered with foil, and cook for 3 hours
5.After 3 hours, remove the foil and brush the barbecue sauce on the ribs. Cover it again with a foil, then cook for an additional 2 hours.
6.Remove the foil again, baste the ribs with the cabernet sauvignon wine sauce, then cook for an additional 30 minutes to an hour. The temperature of the ribs must reach an internal temperature of 180°F
7.Dish the ribs out, allow it to rest for a few minutes before serving.
