5 -6 slices bacon , cooked until crisp , crumbled ( optional )
2 tablespoons minced garlic
kosher salt
fresh black pepper
2 -3 large celery ribs , sliced thin
1 1/2 cups chunky blue cheese dressing
hamburger bun

Instructions

1.In a saucepan, combine hot sauce, butter, honey, and cornstarch.
