4 beef tenderloin steaks , fat trimmed
2 tablespoons butter

1 package frozen puff pastry , thawed

1 egg
2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

7.Spread a slice of liver pate onto each square.
8.Place a spoonful of mushrooms on top of the liver pate.
9.Place a steak in the center of each square.
10.Fold pastry over the steak, pressing the edges to seal.
11.Beat egg and milk together, and brush the egg mixture over the pastry.
12.Place the Wellingtons on a baking sheet.
13.Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until puff pastry is golden brown.
