Ingredients

4 lbs sorrel
4 quarts water
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sour cream
2 chopped scallions
4 sliced radishes
10 boiled new potatoes

Instructions

1.In a large pot, bring water to a boil
2.Add washed sorrel and salt to the pot, and boil for an hour
3.Strain the liquid into a bowl and refrigerate it for 3-4 hours
4.Serve chilled soup in a bowl and top with sour cream, scallions, sliced radishes, and sliced boiled new potatoes
