1 -2 lb ground beef
1 medium choppped onion
2 teaspoons salt

1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup water

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.

4.Beat 2 eggs and add to the risen yeast mixture. Add yeast mixture to flour mixture and mix until dough forms.
5.Roll dough into golf ball-size balls. Flatten to form a circle about 1/8 inch thick.
6.In a separate bowl, mix together ground beef, chopped onion, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 2 teaspoons curry, and 1 teaspoon chilly chili pepper flakes. Divide the mixture equally among the dough circles. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and fold in half.
7.Use a fork to crimp the edges and cut a few slits on top. Beat the remaining egg and brush over the top of the patties. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
