1 head bibb lettuce ( iceburg will do )
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/3 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon cornstarch

Instructions
