1 can cut green beans
4 Portuguese chourico ( optional )

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, mix flour and beef stew meat together until the meat is fully coated.

3.Add garlic and onion, cook until fragrant and the onion is softened - about 5 minutes.
4.Pour in water and stir in onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, paprika, dry mustard, Tabasco sauce, and apple cider vinegar.
5.Stir in potatoes, carrots, celery, tomato sauce, green beans, and Portuguese chourico if using.
6.Increase heat to high and bring the stew to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer until vegetables and meat are tender - about 2 hours.
7.Season with salt and black pepper to taste before serving.
