1 garlic clove
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dales steak sauce

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, mix together salad oil, garlic clove, vinegar, dales steak sauce, basil, and lemon juice. Set aside.
2.Preheat grill to high heat.
3.Thread the cubed beef, mushroom, cherry tomatoes, baby onion, and green peppers alternately onto skewers.
4.Brush the skewers generously with the salad oil mixture.
5.Grill skewers on preheated grill for about 5 minutes per side, or until meat is cooked to your desired level of doneness and vegetables are tender.
