Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

6.Fry each tortilla for about 5-10 seconds on each side or until lightly golden.
7.Dip each tortilla into the chili sauce and stuff with the beef mixture and cheese.
8.Place the filled tortillas seam-side down in a greased baking dish. Pour any remaining chili sauce over the top and sprinkle with more shredded cheese.
9.Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa on the side.
