1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 lb frozen mixed vegetables

Instructions

1.Cut the beef chuck roast and beef shank into small cubes
2.Dredge the beef cubes in flour.

7.Add the frozen mixed vegetables and simmer for another 30 minutes or until the mixed vegetables are evenly cooked.
