Ingredients

500 g round steaks , cut into bite sized pieces ( or use chicken thighs )
1 onion , chopped ( or sliced )
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
salt & pepper
1 cup water , hot
2 beef bouillon cubes , crumbled & dissolved in water ( or chicken cubes )
1/2 cup peas
1/2 cup beans , sliced
3/4 cup carrot , sliced
4 potatoes , quartered ( small )

Instructions

6.Add the meat back into the pot, along with the vegetables, and stir well.
7.Bring to a boil, then cover with a tight-fitting lid and transfer to the oven.
8.Bake for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, or until the meat is cooked and the vegetables are tender. Add water if needed during cooking.
