2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil | |
1/2 large sweet onion , cut into slivers | |
1 red pepper , sliced , then cut the slices crosswise | |
1/2 small green cabbage , cut into squares | |
1 teaspoon garlic , minced | |
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce | |
1 tablespoon soy sauce | |
2 tablespoons chinese sweet-hot chili sauce | |
4 eggs | |
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds |
1. | Heat the sesame oil in a wok over high heat |
2. | Add the onion and stir-fry for 1 minute |
3. | Add the red pepper and cabbage and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes |
4. | Add the garlic and stir-fry for 1 more minute |
5. | Add the cooked spaghetti and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes |
6. | Add the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and sweet-hot chili sauce and stir-fry for 1 more minute |
7. | Push the spaghetti to the sides of the wok and crack the eggs into the center |
8. | Scramble the eggs and mix them into the spaghetti |
9. | Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve |
